The hotel is nestled in a separate building at the rear of the complex, offering a fantastic overall experience with spacious and well-decorated rooms. However, cleanliness could be improved with dust and carpet issues. The service was top-notch, with professional and friendly staff, although some details were noted in the room cleanliness. The location is amazing for exploring New Plymouth, despite some issues with parking. Dining could have been better for the price paid, and the breakfast was not value for money.
